The administration has said, “the administration will expand in-country refugee processing for families coming from Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala and launch an effort to temporarily relocate some families facing the greatest threats to Costa Rica.”

The FBI is investigating the DNC’s hack that exposed thousands of emails, according to a cyber security firm there are “traces of the hacking groups having ties to the Russian government”.
U.S.: California wildfires have now claimed more than 37,000 acres of the Santa Clarita Valley north of Los Angeles. The fire is only 25% contained according to morning report by L.A. County Fire Department, one person has died in the blaze, 18 homes burned and 20,000 people evacuated.
World: Five people were taken hostage in a Catholic church in Normandy, France during a morning mass by two men who took action in the name of ISIS. One hostage has been severely injured and killed priest Rev. Jacques Hamel of 86 years old. Police arrived at the scene quickly surrounding the church and shot dead both attackers.
Science/Tech/Health: Solar Impulse 2 makes the world’s first trip around the world on solar power landing in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The voyage took 16 months in total, having traveled 24,500 miles, in nearly 500 hours of flying time with 17 stops throughout the journey.
Sports: NBA player Carmelo Anthony spoke at a Boys and Girls Club in South Los Angeles along with Los Angeles police officers, community leaders, and other basketball players.
